Cancel your contract

Online cancellation pursuant to Section 312k BGB (German Civil Code)

Through this page, you can cancel your membership with Digital App Group GmbH directly online. No login is required. We only need the details you used to sign up for your membership so that we can identify you clearly.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you keep full access to all features of your membership. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your cancellation, as well as the date your contract ends, by email without delay.

Note: If you want to withdraw from your membership within the first fourteen days after entering into the contract, please use our Right of Withdrawal instead.
